Rhea Kim

Rhea Kim Licensed Acupuncturist
My expertise is in supporting clients through pain management, digestive health, and overall wellness using acupuncture and related treatments. I draw on both professional training and personal experience to help clients find relief from neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain, as well as stress, posture-related discomfort, headaches, and sleep issues. Each client is unique, so I take a personalized approach, addressing underlying causes such as immune system imbalances or constitutional concerns, and offering specialized treatments like cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling to support both health and confidence.
My Philosophy and Experience
Life with pain can be exhausting, unpredictable, and limiting. Injuries from sports or accidents can leave lasting effects on the body, making even simple movements difficult. Having experienced these struggles firsthand, I understand how overwhelming neck, shoulder, arm, back, and knee pain can feel. My own journey through pain is what fuels my passion for helping others restore balance in their bodies and find relief. I believe that pain management is not just about physical comfort, but also about supporting mental health and overall well-being.
Before becoming an acupuncturist, I worked as a graphic designer, spending long hours at a computer. That experience provided me with a profound understanding of how posture, stress, and repetitive strain can impact both the body and mind. Today, I help people with stress management, posture-related neck pain, headaches, and sleep disorders—issues I know well from personal experience.
When working with patients, I focus on treating the whole person, not just the surface symptoms. Whether it’s addressing immune system imbalances, innate constitution issues, or specific health concerns, my goal is to identify and treat underlying causes. I also specialize in digestive health, weight loss support, and offer cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling. These treatments can help with aging, scars, acne, and hair loss, allowing patients to feel more confident in their skin.
No matter what brings you in pain, stress, or a desire for better health—I am committed to meeting you where you are and providing care that supports both body and mind.
